American IIoT Provider Adds EMEA Managing Director
In an expansion of its reach, Seeq has recruited a number of new executives to its ranks that include an EMEA Managing Director.
Seeq Corporation, a manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) advanced analytics software company, has announced the appointment of Petter Mörée as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The company has also announced a new group of industry principals to join its ranks.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Seattle, Seeq publishes software applications for manufacturing organizations to find and share insights. Serving the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, speciality chemical, utility, renewable energy and other industries Seeq’s IIoT software aims to improve production outcomes, including yield, margins, quality, and safety.
“Petter brings a deep understanding of the process industries to our team, along with an impressive career scaling global customer bases across the pharmaceutical and bioprocess verticals”, said Lisa Graham, Chief Operating Officer at Seeq. “We’re thrilled to have him join the Seeq team and we’re confident he will help us expand our strong position in Europe and beyond”.
Most recently, Mörée served as the industry principal for life sciences and pharmaceuticals at OSIsoft, now part of AVEVA, where he was responsible for growing its life sciences customer base globally. Prior to that, Mörée spent 17 years at MKS Umetrics, where he led the sales organization for the U.S., Europe, and Asia as the Global Sales Director. He holds an M.S. in chemical engineering and chemometrics from Sweden’s Umeå University.
“Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the role advanced analytics plays in the success of today’s process manufacturing organizations”, said Mörée. “I’m proud to be joining a team that’s pioneering self-service manufacturing analytics and look forward to helping the team capitalize on growth opportunities across EMEA”.
Seeq is also introducing a new team of industry principals for the chemical, power and utility, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries. Seeq states the group will provide “industry-specific expertise” to new and existing customers, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure Seeq is “addressing the specific nuances, needs and business challenges of its core verticals”. Mörée will join this group as the industry principal for pharmaceuticals.

The group also includes Allison Buenemann, industry principal for chemicals. Prior to her role as industry principal, Buenemann held process engineering roles with ExxonMobil Chemical and Eastman, and most recently as a senior analytics engineer for Seeq. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Giro Iuliano’s new role is as industry principal for power and utilities. Iuliano previous worked in power and utilities customers at OSIsoft and five years at Oracle. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Northeastern University.
The final addition to Seeq is Mariana Sandin, who will serve as the industry principal for oil and gas and additional process industries. She has more than 15 years of experience helping customers implement digital transformation projects at OSIsoft. Sandin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
“Our new industry principals will help us continue to deliver real-world industry knowledge and value to our customers across the process manufacturing verticals”, said Graham. “We’re pleased to welcome this group of industry experts to Seeq”.
